Розводять, чи ні? :)

Добого дня шановні форумчани! Потрібна Ваша думка!
Знайшов на авторії цікаве авто за супер ціною. Спершу подумав "розводять", але думаю напишу - поцікавлюсь. І мені прийшла відповідь:

Let me give you some info regarding my car.
Price is €3 600.
The car is in perfect condition, never involved in any accident, no scratches or mechanical problems.
The car is registered in Ukraine and it has ukrainian papers. Now I`m in London, UK and the car is here with me. I lived in Ukraine but unfortunately I divorced after 7 months. Now I return home to change and rebuild my life here.
Since it is difficult to drive it as a European model (left-hand drive), I decided to sell it at a lower price while it is still registered in Ukraine.
I know that is a cheap price for such a car, but my particular situation makes me do things I would not do under normal circumstances.
If you are still intersted please reply back.

В відповіді йдеться про те, що людина жила в Україні, купила тут авто і після 7 місяців повернулась додому в Лондон. Тепер продає це авто... Я запитався як я можу глянути на авто, чи як придбати його, прийшла відповідь:

If you really want to buy my car i can arrange the delivery through the Car Trade Company (www.car.trade-e.com)and you will get the car directly to your home address in a few days on my expense.
They will leave the car 10 days at you. So you will have 10 days after you will receive it for a complete verification and to take a decision if you will buy it or not.
Of course if you are not satisfied with the car's condition , you can refuse it without no problem and the car will return to me without any cost for you.
Please let me know if we can do this, and I'll tell you how we make the transaction step by step.

Він відписав, що продасть машину через спеціальну компанію по доставці авто (www.car.trade-e.com). Якщо я не задоволений станом, мені повертають всі кошти...
Не буду все повністю передавати, напишу в декількох словах: Відписав мені, що я плачу половину суми цій компанії, вона - як посередник зберігає в себе гроші до завершення продажі, якщо щось з машиною не так - мені повертають всю суму...
На завершення: Сам розумію, як це виглядає :) Пишу Вам, можливо хтось чув про цю компанію, і вона справді існує?)
Зараз є думка перевірити цю машину в Лондоні, через далекі зв'язки...
